Just a quick check-in, and then I'm off to Brazil to be with very dear friends and co-workers, Alvaro and Dora. They're closing in on the end of the training cycle down there. Diane Haug to come next spring, and then certification in the fall. Alvaro and Dora are planning to keep going -- make a running training there for a long time. Awesome.
Lots of good buzz all over about Stan and Christina's new book. What a timely release! Can't wait to see where this goes.
Here are some updates: the Taos modules were powerful -- many new people who are really excited about the Holotropic perspective. (Hey, Stan! Lots of porcini hunting, but not a lot of success. Got one pan full -- shared with the group. As usual, dear friend Frances from Ireland was the forager -- we thought of you...)
The module in Spain just finished -- 110 people -- the largest module ever. It went great. Stan and Christina taught the first two days, and the group was really excited that Christina was there. Diana Medina led a very large and experienced team through the last four days and the breathwork. Now she and the traveling team will join the rest of the core staff in England for another gig -- with Stan and Christina the first two days, and Diana at the helm for the experiential portion of the week.
Something interesting, FYI: My good friend Brick Ogden and I have a high-end 28 bed retreat center in the Peruvian Amazon, just sitting there, waiting for action. Don't ask me how this happened. Let's just say Angels, including Brick, and what we'd like to think is a gentle nudge from the invisible to not give up on the wellness center archetype which seems to still want to manifest somehow.
Along that line, Cary, Alvaro, Dora, and close friends Dave and Donna Miso and Terry Nash from Australia, and I are exploring the very real possibility of reopening Fires Creek at our property in the mountains of Western North Carolina -- not as a licensed addictions center, but as a wellness and spiritual emergency retreat -- a more modest and intimate plan to "get our feet wet." It seems the wellness archetype has dropped in unceremoniously and demands we get something open to fulfill this dream. A number of really talented and experienced co-workers are on board for whatever we're gonna do. Let Cary and me know if either of these two projects sounds intriguing.
Well, that's about it for now. Do you feel it? Something's in the wind... something good and beautiful for all of our community. Just want to stay awake as best I can. I don't want to miss a thing!
Much blessings and love, everybody!
