I snore quite badly (or is it well?) and have felt bad in the last two residential Breathwork sessions I've done, for tormenting my roommates.
I've tried everything but CPAP, which I am only going to do in extremis (well, and losing weight, but part of my problem is my snoring/apnea prevents me from sleeping well, which reduces my energy and motivation). But I think I have found a better alternative. Apparently playing the didgeridoo 20 minutes a day for 5 days a week or so helps…Continue
