Profile Information

What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)
A powerful method for accessing the less accessable and more interesting parts of the psyche. I like the integrity and courage of the people involved. I think this is one of the cutting edges of consciousness research and exploration.
Tell the other community members something about yourself. (You can change or expand this later in your Profile.)
I live in a beautiful part of London by woods and heath. I work as a hospital doctor in the NHS
How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)
My first breathwork was an extraordinary experience that led me into the voyage of discovery that is the GTT training and which continues to nourish my life and my work.
