What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)
In the early 1990's I did a number of holotropic sessions and found them of significant benefit. Unfortunately the trained facilitators in Salt Lake City stopped offering this work and I am anxious to begin having sessions again. I am both a psychotherapist and a Buddhist teacher.

I am a psychotherapist who has followed Kyle'a Taylor's work in the ethics of caring with great interest and appreciation. NOSOC's are common in both my work with PTSD and in my work with advanced meditation students. In following Stan Grofs expositions on holotropic states and healing I have often wished I could find a resource that would allow me to learn to skillfully and carefully introduce holotropic sessions as an adjunct to both therapy and meditation.
How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)
Taylor's brilliant work in the ethics of caring has provided me with guidance and the necessity of my own learning and developing the ability to stay with those with whom I work as they explore areas of experience held in implicit memory that require a sitter who is a wise, respectful and trustworthy support and anchor.
