What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)
I am very interested in the ways of getting into non-ordinary states of consciousness, NOSC, of different traditions and the possibilities for personal growth. To be a member of the Holotropic Breathwork community gives me a possibility to share my views in this area, which is a very important aspect of my life.
I have a special love for trance-inducing music that among others can be used in the different stages of HB.

I am a chemist of profession,and now retired. Together with my wife Anne we live in the Dominican Republic during the winter months and in Norway the rest of the year.
In Norway we have for the last ten years been facilitators for Holotropic Breathwork groups.
I consider my experiences from NOSC to have been extremely important for me.
How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)
The practice of breathwork has brought me into contact with other like-minded people with who I can share a common language.
