I only hope to promote different artwork in my "fliers" for breathwork workshops from time to time so that people will see how this process can open up creativity and personal insight. I would not use anyone's mandalas without permission or without properly giving credit to the creator. Mandalas are very very personal, so if you are at all uncomfortable with the idea I would not use it. (sorry, my portugese is limited to only a few words).

I like to promote artwork derived from breathwork experiences on my fliers, but I also understand how personal mandalas are to each breather so I would only ask for permission to use it once and only if you were completely comfortable with the idea of others seeing it. If you were to agree I would respect any conditions for it's use.
