What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)
Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful and effective practice for people who want deep and lasting psychospiritual change and growth. I am incredibly grateful to the work and all those who keep it alive.

After leaving behind my old life as a lawyer, I studied theology and women's studies, got a seminary degree, and then encountered Holotropic Breathwork. I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice and organize Holotropic Breathwork workshops in Houston.
How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)
The practice of breathwork has been transformative for me, propelling me not only toward a far more comfortable and surrendered relationship to life in general, but also toward work that I find extraordinarly satisfying.
Do you have a web site address for community members to find out more about you?
How are you going in the cool climate you guys now have. We are in the heat and that's cool. How is life treating you? It's funny to come back to normals-ville and the busy life we all lead. Makes it harder to stay in touch. Do you here from many of the others from certification? Hope all is well. Wish there was more on the ground breathwork here in Australia like you have over there.
Dear Pam, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year with all that you dream of coming true! I will have all four kids home for Christmas...a busy but no doubt wonderful time. Take care, Lindsey
Thank you for friending me. I had a wonderful trip home it just went so quickly even though it was 19 hours etc by the time we left. Sadly need to go to work on Monday and after being with you guys for the past 2 weeks I feel so spoilt. Going back to the work will seem mundane. It was wonderful to work with people who are are seekers and into their self transformation. I go back to working with sought of involuntary clients how cognitively justifiy their addictions and colleagues and peers who know best about addictions. So it will be fun - looking forward to staying in touch. Kind regards
Hey Pam! How are you doing? I continue to do a lot of self-development and am feeling the benifits. I found an HB group in Vienna who originally trained with Stan but have since departed from the traditional HB method - I think it was initially a problem for the GTT group but now Stan has accepted their departure from his method - the main leader trained with Stan many years ago and writes many articles about him and the time they worked together.[I have not yet done any breathwork with them but meet them socially do discuss spiritual topics]. Appart from one other lady, they are the official HB group in Vienna. The difference with their group is that they incorporate psychotherapy with the sharing and you have to be a psychotherapist to lead HB works. In Austria anyone doing any kind of therapic work, HB included, has to be a psychotherapist...which I am not...that was a bummer for me when I found out as I will certify next year and need to be in Vienna for 4 more years. I want to be positive though so I am meeting them [all psychotherapists ] socially and will see where that takes me. How are you??? Are you doing any HB at present? Hope you are well and happy. Wishing you the best, Lindsey
