Hey Mark. Just thought I would say hi. It's been awhile. I am sooo glad you had a chance at pumpkin pie! It is such treat. As was meeting you. I have been studying all day and my little mind is exhausted, but considering it is one of the few days where I have had any motivation- best to take advantage of it. Does Australia have tough licensing requirements for Psychologists? So you like California weather- huh? What is the weather like in Australia? I would sure like a trip to Australia. It looks to be so beautiful and I sure liked all of you Aussies at the certification. What a great group- so direct. I sure enjoy honesty. Enough babble. Love- Rubye

I have a weird propensity toward the exploration of human consciousness- mine and that of others. The linear viewpoint of a person as this or that and identifying in a particular way is sooooo limited and yet in general people seem to like specificity. If I had one word for why I have an interest in Holotropic Breathwork it would be "Freedom". The freedom to be.

Hi Mark, how lovely to hear from you! Life is good for me (except for counseling statistics class, but that's another story). I'm doing my first semester of counseling practicum and I LOVE IT!!! This is a good career choice for me, and I'm glad that I decided to go for it. I'm working at a long-term residential treatment center for women, and learning a lot.

For Houston, it's been a cold winter, but not too bad, really. And I am very glad that the workshop here with Diane Haug is coming up. I miss all of you, though, and the chance to breathe myself.

I've been in touch with some of our group but haven't been able to make the calls that Zoe has organized. Your in my heart, though, for sure.

How is your work going? Your life?

Sending much love,
Pam

Not too cold here Mark. Great to hear from you. But yes, I feel the same way, a bit bogged down and out of touch with myself compared to then. I hope you're doing ok brother! Now we have no excuse not to keep in touch...

Hi Mark,

After reading the posts of your friends here I understand you did your certification. Congratulations! And I can also see you were there with some faithfuls from Australia, like Helen and Samadhi and Wendy. How was it for you I wonder? I'm so glad to have found this on line HB community because I have moved back to Holland and now trying to find an HB community here. I so very much want to continue my HB journey.
I couldn't face up to another summer in Australia after experiencing the Black Saturday fires from close by and losing so many friends and acquaintances, it was a big trauma, so I've fled to safer pastures and now sitting in snow and deep frost, quite the opposite.
But I hope you feel good after becoming certified and flying with it in your work and personal life.
Hope you've survived all the xmas and new year madness without too many family tensions.

Big hug to you Mark.

Margo

Hi Mark. Yah, Boston turns fairly dark and damp and cold after November kicks in. It's that wet cold that gets into your bones. All the fall leaves are down so there's only brown and gray to look at now. But I grew up in this and like the hardiness of being near the northern oceans when the wind is strong enough to knock you over. Glad to hear you're safely back in Australia where it's summer time (grrrrrrrrr). Wasnt Certification intense! I'm now handling the post-certification "Ok now what" pretty well. It's like this Patsy Cline song I remember where she goes on about "is that all there is to a house fire?" Anyway, enjoy yourself down there.

Hi Mark,
Have to thank you for the help with sleep on the flight back! Slept the whole way in fact. Went straight to a homeschool camp with my daughter when i returned - was able to kick back and let the integration pull mandalas, poetry, music out of me and wack it upon paper and people...Am feeling more grounded now that i return home today. Looking at pictures of our time - what an experience hey. Will be in touch about future work together - we have two very good places here that we could do workshops so lets put our heads together soon - Cherry sends love along with mine xxxx

Hey Mark
How great to see your name among the HB community. How you doing, buddy?
Sorry I wasnt able to go to Vicky and Lisa's again this year, there always seems to be something that clashes with the dates. Am doing my TERC grad diploma this year with Martha Calhoun in Lismore and my focus will be on running groups I have been involved with her Yr 1 training group...its all very exciting...! Are you doing the certification intensive in October? I will be, and I imagine Lila and Samadhi will be also.
Much love, Wendy
