- Identifying and purging all the destabilizing thoughts and all the destabilizing feelings in my life and then replacing instead with ALL THE JOY that there is to BE/ME. And then in a life full of Positive Energy & JOY, I AM totally free to create loving action.

- In the making of a personal narrative film called "Pantalla de Humo" a transformation arises by clearing away self-doubt. Pushing upwards I perceive a clearing. Here I see who I am in community is different than the anger/sadness/remorse of never trusting the deep unity, which I longed for but sadly also could not accept in community.
- How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)
- All in all what can I say? What I want is to learn more and practice more and more. Before I could walk the potential of the breathe to regulate and ease stress from duress registered with me. One of the most natural of all the love filled/light filled breathe works that work divinely for me is when I am simply singing and swimming.
