What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)

Im a certificate faclitator in HB. I did half of my training in the US and the other half in Argentina, so I would love to get in touch with my old partners again, know what they are doing, if they are working with HB, and share our experiences.

How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)

I dont think there are words to describe how deeply this practices has changed my way of being, thinking and feeling the world. The HB has taken a very important place in my life for almost 15 years now, and i had the chance to see myself and other people changing thru this practice.
