What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)
I practiced Rebirthing and Vivation for many years in the 80's and early 90's. After hearing interviews with Dr. Grof, I wanted to know more about holotropic breathing and how to integrate it in daily life.

I've been a conscious student of "Enlightenment" since 1980, been involved with The Monroe Institute and Hemi-Sync since 1982. I've learned so much about working with mindset programming since I've been involved with computers most of my life. I feel like I found another part of my purpose when I started working with Life/Bio/Spiritual Hacking. I learn about life and bio-hacking from "Bulletproof" Dave Asprey and Tim Ferriss, which inspires downloads about Spiritual Hacking i.e. learning how to connect with your "Total Self". I used to do breathwork in the 80's and early 90's, I'm surprised that nobody in those communities ever talked about Holotropic breathwork, maybe some of the leaders were afraid of the competition.
I want to join and help build community in the Washington DC area. After listening and re-listening to Stan's interview on Tim Ferriss' podcast spoke to me on several levels. While I would love to do an ayahuasca ceremony or psychedelic exploration to grow spiritually and emotionally, that opportunity isn't presenting itself clearly. I'm hoping to find like-minded people to learn and grow.
To close, I've been working towards learning about connecting with the non-physical entities who can help me grow spiritually. What I'm finding is that living in the moment is the best way to connect with your intuition and the non-phys friends. And I really want to connect with like minded people who I/we resonate strongly with. My dog Alvy, who was my best friend for almost 8 of his 14 years passed before the holidays and I hope to continue our bond on a non-physical level. I want to have more physical friends to help me create more friends on all levels.
And I'm a fun, smart guy who enjoys being playful and brainstorm about all topics. Inspired words, wordplay and uplifting playfulness is one of the best things in life.
