What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)
I am a certified breathwork facilitator. I run monthly residential workshops in the west of Ireland. I facilitate with Breatheing Time in the east of ireland. I work as a pshycotherapist and supervise other therapists work. I teach counselling and faciitation skills for different agencies including the National University of Ireland. Much of my work is concerned with trauma.
Tell the other community members something about yourself. (You can change or expand this later in your Profile.)
Together with my husband I have been a foster parent for the last twenty five years. I am a keen gardener and have been trying to create a garden in our five acres around our home and centre. I am more in touch with my sense of humour.
How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)
Through HB a spiritual dimension has been added to my life. I feel more alive than ever, more present. There is more trust where there was fear hitherto. In my work, as in my life, I believe I am more authentic more present to my clients. I am totally trusting of my clents' process if transprotmation and empowerment.
Do you have a web site address for community members to find out more about you?

I was sad that you were not able to be there when we left. I hope you had a safe journey to and from the airport, and are now enjoying some rest and recuperation. Am deeply grateful for your hard work, and generosity of spirit. Please God we will meet again. With love and blessings, Julia .
Hope your journey back to Westport was fairly OK. My own journey wasn't too bad. I was back in Galway at 6.30 and relaxed for the evening. Today I didn't travel which had as much to do with the roads as anything else. Anyway thanks for your help and support at the weekend and I'll see you soon,
