What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)

I like that in a short period of time, a person can make a very deep internal journey where they can see all at once what needs to be healed, as well as actually moving toward that healing .

What can I say? I live a busy life. I love my work (but getting TO work is another story...). I write poetry, which is often a result of a breathwork experience. I am crazy in love with the craft of knitting, and just as passionate about breathwork. I am also passionate about music, dancing, quilting, and cooking/baking. I love to laugh and to be around people who have a well developed sence of humor.

How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)

Always a work in progress, I am learning gratitude and acceptance. HB shows me what is inside of me, what I am "made of", how much true courage I have.
