- I really can not tell what it is. Since I startet to practice... no since I first heard of breathwork I had a kind of knowledge that this would be my whay to unfold myself. But does that answer the question above? I don´t know.

- I work as a craftsman with wood an clay, I am a beekeeper, interested in breathwork, shamanism, and I practice and facilitate "Natureconstellationwork". It´s relatet to family consellations. Find more about it here in english:

- How to answer THAT question? In general I guess breathwork made me more... me. I feel more conected with life, with people, the world and myself. And I like people and myself much more than I did before. This question really makes me imagine how me and my life would look like if i didnt met this kind of self exploration...
