Profile Information

What is your interest in Holotropic Breathwork? (This will be shown on your public profile.)
My interest in this work revolves around healing, transformation, and community. Also, I am currently working on training to be a facilitator.
Tell the other community members something about yourself. (You can change or expand this later in your Profile.)
I absolutely love this work. To find out more about what I do, please see the website below.
How has the practice of breathwork affected your life and work? ( This will be shown on your public profile.)
Breathwork has supported my passion and motivation to provide a space for young women to explore themselves at a deeper level in order to re-connect with their authentic selves. It has allowed me to let go of my own limiting beliefs and step out of my box, giving life to my ever changing self. Having a holotropic perspective has opened doors for me I never thought possible, and has brought a whole new richness to my life.

My daughter is fine now...a scar on her forhead so she changed her hair style and put a fringe but all is ok. I feel centered and good. On Friday I will do an astrological reading with Matthew by phone [ recommend by Tav and Diana]. I'm looking forward to what that will bring!
Sending you lots of hugs,

Hi Christine!

I'm happy to see you here on the online Holotropic Breathwork Community. It was an honor and pleasure meeting you in Taos and I hope to see you many times in the future. Please stay in touch and let me know what you've been up to. Also, if you wish, please consider me a resource and part of your support system for integrating your holotropic experiences.
