About AHBI

AHBI is the Association for Holotropic Breathwork International. AHBI is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the community of people interested in Holotropic Breathwork. Membership is open to anyone who wants to support the practice of Holotropic Breathwork. AHBI was founded in 1989 with Cary Sparks, Kylea Taylor, and Laurie Weaver as the incorporating Officers.
