A belated hello to friends and colleagues around the world.  It was another beautiful experience on April 18.  There were 14 of us at the Community of Conscious Living sanctuary in James Bay, Victoria.  Lots of deep and poignant process, with some experienced breathers and new breathers.

Afterward, some of went for a tasty fish and chips dinner a block away at Fisherman's Wharf, and later in the evening there was a dance party for my 55th birthday.  It was a wonderful day!

One more mandala from OUR group (OURecovillage.org) from a breather who wishes to share this anonymously. The great thing about the snake is that it appeared in the session and then again in actuality from under the yurt. Kind of cute actually. Til next year!

We had a wonderful GHBD - 3 days (residual) workshop in Hungary; led by J. Farrel, N.Merbis, T. Liska and few more facilitators and apprentices.

International group of approx. 40 breathers from all around Europe, many first time breathers. The organisation, the set and settings of WS was excellent and spotless. Great connections, loving people and many healing. The integration part included time for dance, which was simply genial. The final sharing circle was very touching and moving.  GHBD is a great idea. Gratitude towards all who made this  possible.

Sherri Norbury did her 3rd Holotropic journey on GHBD 2015 and has generously agreed to share the series of paintings she did after her sessions as extensions of the mandala drawing. Amazing.

1. Love is Inside

2. Community Trauma Shakedown

3. Contemplating Inner Strength

Sherri commented that the 'sweat lodge' of the yurt came out in this one. Being wood heated a couple of times the yurt heated up so that it felt like a new type of breathwork 'Hot Holotropic' -- a little like Hot Yoga but I don't think it will catch on as well.

The farmyard held the larger space for our group as did the global community. This place gives me such solace and hope for the future! One breath, one world.

Harvesting kale.

As the sun set on our day a couple of musicians in the group soothed our souls with their sweet sounds. The individual inner journeys all over the expanded map of the psyche blended into a lovely whole.  I felt so connected within our group, with the people and animals and plants in the community, within the world. Beautiful! Until next yeyear happy trails!

Hello again! My 'message' went to members only so this 'comment' is for the public record. On GHBD I got to live out a 10 year dream to host holotropic breathwork at OUR Ecovillage (ourecovillage.org) in Shawnigan Lake, BC, Canada. As the 20 strong group was held by this beautiful setting -- set and setting is key. As we listened to Stan's message at the start of the day the alignment of this intentional sustainable community and the benefits of breathwork (connection with others and nature) were clear. Here are some images.

We started the Closing Circle with further integration in the form of haiku poems as expression of the essence of both holotropic journeys. To support the further integration after the workshop we decided to have each Friday evening a short meditation on one of haikus of the participants. We set the time of meditation so that we will meditate in different places, but at the same time.  I'm curious how will it turn out...

We had a wonderful workshop in Lausanne. A beautiful international group of new and experienced breathers coming from different countries (Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Catalonia, Czech Republic, Spain, Greece, Chile and Italy).

Deep experiences and powerful processes, and also a profound interpersonal sharing experience.

Much love and gratitude!

With my cofacilitator Philippe Levesque and two apprentices, we facilitated for a group of 26 breathers, the largest in over a decade, in Montreal. A very balanced group of 12 women and 14 men, of all ages. It was - as breathwork always is - a magical day, full of adventures, emotions, connections and healing. It was the fifth year in a row that we participated in GHBD, and we will be there again next year ! Love and gratitude to everyone.

We just finished intensive GDHBW yesterday - it was INTENSIVE! Wonderful deep processes, excellent integration for the most of participants. The Golobal day is an excellent idea! I hope there will be more and more people joining us in the following years.
