Event Description

Holotropic Breathwork & Integration practices
A retreat of reset and Rejuvenation
Two breathworks per participant

This retreat is an invitation for an inner pilgrimage into the heart of your psyche, body and spirit. Held and embraced by sacred lands of our mother earth in the surroundings of Mt. Shasta. I wish to invite a journey holding space for a deeper connection to the source that lives within. A space for clearing, healing, nourishment and a deep connection with the land that will hold us, host us and co-creates this experience with us. Holotropic Breathwork and integration practices will be our vehicles. Each participant will participate in two breathworks and be a sitter for two.

Retreat is created and facilitated by Mireya Alejo Marcet. And Cal Parrott from Chico, who many of you know will be joining me in the Holotropic Breathwork facilitation. We are both excited about this vision that got planted almost 3 years ago.
