It's been a long time in coming. A group of experienced Holotropic Breathwork facilitators, trainees and dedicated participants have come together to offer Holotropic Breathwork workshops in the Boston area.

We have located an excellent location, accessible by bus and train, with convenient free and low-cost parking, in Belmont Center, MA, 15 minutes from Harvard Square.
